I am passionate about supporting individuals in discovering more about themselves and their mental health. My approach to counselling is trauma-informed and family systems based; I have specific training in cognitive based training (CBT) but I use a wide variety of modalities. I have worked in the secondary public education system for 30 years, have been counselling for 15 years and in private practice since 2019.
